TURMERIC GINGER LATTE

Ingredients

1.5 cups soy milk

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tsp ground turmeric

1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

pinch of black pepper


Directions

1. Place all ingredients In a small pot. Whisk together and bring ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes to reduce the mixture a bit; stirring occasionally.


2. Remove from heat and pour into mugs then sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon on top, or add a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
