INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We will complete a comprehensive health and nutrition evaluation including typical diet, training/competition schedule, lifestyle, sleep and stress assessment. Together, we will come up with realistic, personalized goals that will help you optimize your training and recovery so you can reach your peak performance.
BODY COMPOSITION TESTING

Using a technique called ISAK, this body composition testing can provide insight into your current nutrition, lean body mass, and injury risk status. This can help you track your progress throughout the season and find the optimal body composition at which you feel and perform your best.
FOLLOW-UP

After giving you time to implement the plan from our initial visit, we will evaluate how it is working for you and make any changes necessary. Your personalized sports nutrition program will be based on your needs and may include the following:

If you're just looking for a competition day plan, this is for you!. Together, we will develop a fueling plan that includes 24 hours before, day of, and during event nutrition and hydration needs. Topics we cover will be based on your individual needs and may include:
