HOMEMADE ELECTROLYTE DRINK

Ingredients

* 1 cup water

* 1 cup coconut water

* ½ cup 100% fruit juice

* 1 tablespoons fresh- squeezed lemon juice

* 1/2 tablespoon blackstrap molasses

* 1/8 teaspoon high-quality sea salt


Directions

1.      In a pitcher or half-gallon glass jar, combine the water, coconut water, fruit juice, lemon juice, molasses, and salt. Seal the jar with a lid and shake vigorously to combine. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.


2. Enjoy!
