EASY NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES
Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
Directions
1. Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. (if mixture is too dry, add more nut butter)
2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
3. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
